- 195 hour program (4 sequential courses)
- 3 months to become a GYROTONIC® Apprentice Trainer
- 1 Year to become a Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer

What is the Prerequisite?
- An experienced GYROTONIC® student with a basic understanding of the GYROTONIC®, Level 1 Progression 1 exercises. It is compulsory that students take 10 or more GYROTONIC® classes with a certified GYROTONIC® Trainer, equating to a minimum of 10 hours. Alternatively, a student can attend an extra 3 days of training for learning Level 1/Prog 1 exercises before registering for this course. GYROTONIC® Pre-Training Course - Minimum of 6 days / 30 hours.
To provide a foundational understanding of the GYROTONIC® level 1 exercises and prepare students physically for the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course

Hours = 10 hours of 1:1 sessions with a certified trainer or 3-day Training learning level 1 / Program 1 exercises.

GYROTONIC® Apprentice review - 30 supervised apprenticeship hours/6-12 months. 6 Day Apprentice Review
This apprenticeship period requires you to complete 60 “teaching client” hours in 6-12 months and a minimum of 30 supervised apprenticeship hours under the guidance and supervision of a GYROTONIC® Master Trainer.

GYROTONIC® Final Certificate/Review Course - 3 Days / 17 hours.
This 3 Day Course is lead by an International GYROTONIC® Master Trainer. You must physically execute and demonstrate a proficient understanding of the exercises and principles in the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course syllabus.

GYROTONIC® International Headquarters has set new course fees from July 2025.
The pricing on this page reflects these price updates. The new course fees for training with GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer Suzanne McCarty are based on courses held in Coffs Harbour at her studio. A revised studio fee will be added if Suzanne travels to teach courses elsewhere, as the studio fees on the website are based on a minimum of 4 persons attending courses in Coffs Harbour.
If Suzanne invites an International master Trainer to teach courses, those fees will be in USD as listed on the gyrotonic.com website and “studio fees'“ will reflect also a traveling Master Trainer.
