Mentor for Dancers
Suzanne began her own dance journey as a country kid in Australia and went on to build a 12-year professional career in Vienna, Austria, performing as a ballet dancer with the Vienna Volksoper and State Opera Ballet Companies.
She understands first-hand what it takes to build a sustainable dance career — the discipline, physical demands, mental resilience and long-term commitment required to grow.
Since transitioning from performing in 2000, Suzanne has taught movement full-time for over twenty-five years. Her work bridges professional dance experience with a deep understanding of body mechanics and conditioning.
As a Master Trainer in GYROKINESIS® & GYROTONIC®, she brings a refined movement methodology into her work with dancers. Her approach supports strength, mobility, coordination and breath in a way that complements classical training and encourages longevity.
These workshops are designed to give young dancers practical tools they can carry into their regular classes — helping them train smarter, build safely and develop greater awareness of their bodies.
Suzanne is passionate about mentoring dancers through the demands of their training, offering guidance that supports both technical development and personal growth.

I have learned so much through your teaching — about strength, focus, discipline and trusting the process. I truly appreciate the time, care and belief you’ve invested in me. I am so grateful to learn from you.”
